Terrible experience here they did not do what I asked, instead made their own decisions on what to do with my dog.
I took my long haired Persian cat in for a bath and a haircut. Which is advertised as "Full body haircut to breed standard." What a got back was a shaved cat. And mean shaved. Not an 1/8 of an inch long when I got her back. Not even CLOSE to breed standard. My wife is pissed. Our other cat doesn't recognize her. Which means a week of hissing and growling until she gets used to her again.
