Adrian is the best. He really makes sure every customer feels like they are welcome and that they are his most important customer even when he is very busy. The prices here are really quite good and with Adrian's care you will be happy you shopped here.

I am updating my review. A manager got involved and my credit (refund) was posted. So I have changed the rating from one star to three. The purchasing experience was good and the offer of a better mattress for the same price showed an attempt at good customer service. But actually getting the refund was very a disappointing experience. Original post: we ordered a mattress on 10/23 and were told it would come in in 1 to 2 weeks.
