We have been updating our house over the past year and have had an amazing experience every time we’ve been in. We looked at the larger stores and always end up coming back to Furnitureland. Their prices are hard to beat and customer care is outstanding!
I have been a customer of Furniturland's since 1975. They are honest, competitive and provide excellent customer service. I still have one chair purchased in 1975 and just took delivery of a new piece yesterday. FREE delivery in the GB area. Family owned and they are about the customer not the sell like most places. They are above ALL boards and the best to work with.
My friends and I bought 4 mattress and all of us hate them. Stearns&Foster. I was told bye there Delivery person they wouldn’t come back I hated the first mattress so I upgraded to a more expensive one. We want them to stand behind the 10 year warranty. And replace them.
Excellent customer service!! I have been buying from Furnitureland for over 25 years, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!! I, myself, had an issue with a coffee table that was delivered to me. And no questions asked, Mary said the guys would be in my area next week to swap out the coffee table with another, and sure enough they delivered. Kuddos to the entire staff!! Keep up the great service!!
