Had a phenomenal experience!! From sales to delivery! They were fantastic to work with! We ordered a bedroom set and when it was delivered, the delivery guy mentioned he found a chip in the headboard and would order a new one. Note that HE noticed it, not me! The new one was delivered today and I never had to follow up once. They are my go-to furniture store from now on!
Got A divorce and bought most of the furniture and lamps there. Great place. Lived in Green Bay and purchased everything here.
Great customer service and great pricing. I was told my couch would take 3 weeks to get and it was delivered today exactly 3 weeks from when I ordered. Friendly delivery people and made the delivery process easy. The large stores in the Valley should take lessons from them! Thanks Furnitureland!
we bought two recliners for our old age to help with future operations and they are great and a smith brothers couch and I love it our sales person Kim was very patient with me and helpful with fabrics
