I can't say enough good things about Furniture World! The customer service was outstanding. The staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome, and they went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It was such a pleasant and stress-free shopping experience. Highly recommend!
Brought an overstuffed couch and they didn’t have all the parts included. Called the store several times to report this and they never returned my call. When we went to pick up our item the warehouse was so trashy. Won’t go back.
