Horrible customer service, the owner is flat out rude and would rather have this furniture sold at an auction over taking a cash deal.. your going out of business and should be taking ANY offer you get. I think $1000 for some couches that really aren’t even worth that was a fair offer.
The customer service is the worst we have ever experienced after purchasing our furniture waiting for delivery!!! We ordered a sofa set, bedroom set and dining room set in January of this year. They never called to let us know the furniture was in and after FIVE WEEKS now we are still waiting for our dining room set.
