Bright Furniture did us right. Excellent customer service across the board
I was ready to buy two rooms worth of furniture paying cash today. Maybe if you had opened when you stated you would be open you could have gotten my business. The parking lot was empty at 10:00 am. A heard of employees came rolling furiously in 10-15 minutes passed the open time. If your customer service is anything like your tardiness to show up to work I’m glad we didn’t stay.
I loved this place.. I was so excited to find exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was excellent.. Everyone was just amazing.. looking forward to my next purchase.
