RecommendedTo anyone who wants to buy from them i don’t recommend it . I was approved for the credit by two places and they signed my leasing papers with both company’s which i didnt approve of and my total price went from 963 to 2150 ... then i tried to cancel . me and both leasing companies had trouble getting a hold of them, and to top it off the manager didnt care they did that with out my approval .
I do not recommend this furniture store. I am having the worst experience ever. I ordered my furniture Sunday and was given inaccurate information from sales rep just to make a sale. I am getting the run around now that I am trying to cancel my order. I am very displeased of my experience. Told I would have to pay 30% of the price of the furniture that has not been delivered and still in warehouse. This is ridiculous!!!!

Ordered a bedroom set and wasn’t told it was going to take a month for it to be delivered. Then when the bedroom set finally arrived, it arrived with the wrong mattress. When we notified furniture town about it the response was well the one you ordered is on back order so we just gave you a mattress till in the meantime. The problem is this mattress you sent feels like cardboard! Very disappointed 😢 and why didn’t you tell us beforehand that we had yet another back order to wait on! The communication has been zero.
