I made a purchase in March for furniture it was supposed to be delivered in 7 to 14 days right before we go on lockdown the city due to coronavirus they delivered some of the furniture I was told the other furniture was damaged but they deliver damage Furniture anyways. I love this place, honest, friendly and timely.
I just want to take a second to say how awesome Ashley was! She was very honest, helpful and met our expectations. She answered all our questions, what I enjoyed the most is that she was not pushy and let us take our time. Definitely recommend furniture town and have Ashley take care of you !
I visited the Houston location! Nice atmosphere. I was well pleased with the help from my salesman. I did purchase my living room and 3 bedrooms with the mattresses. Great customer service.
Ashley was a great help! These guys are AWESOME!!! We ordered an entire bedroom set and are in LOVE with it! The prices are great and we will definitely recommend this place. We will be coming back for more.
