We purchased our living room furniture a few months ago and recently had an issue with a couple of buttons on the tufted sofa seat coming off. I called last week when the second one came up and was promptly put in touch with your furniture repair person, Dominick. Today he came out, took care of the buttons and did an excellent job! Just like new again! So happy you have an in-house furniture repair person … we’ll keep buying from Furniture Row. Thank you.
I was so happy to come in and meet with a sales person who was NOT pushy! He helped me find what I wanted and then would walk away and let me think about it. I was able to find 2 amazing kitchen chairs, 2 beautiful giant Rugs, a reclinsectional and a outdoor swing for an unbelievable sale price!!! I thank you so much furniture row!!
