When I received my furniture delivery from furniture row, I was suppose to receive a bookcase. A filing cabinet, and two dressers. I only received 3 pieces due to one of the dressers, a chest of drawers, being broken on the bottom part of the piece. When I was waiting in my home for the broken piece, I heard a loud noise coming from inside the truck. Update: I received my furniture and was advised by the delivery guys I may have been sold a floor model/ used model. My headboard was damaged, along with a few other spots. I was given the assumption my entire purchase would be brand new, coming from the warehouse. Management will be contacted to get this rectified.
