Furniture row is full of incompetent workers.I will never even think about shopping through this place again. The costumer service is nothing short of terrible. They screwed up my order multiple times and I got it over a month late. They also would not be flexible with delivery times. This place is full of morons that don't know what they are doing.Same yourself the headaches and shop elsewhere.
They delivered furniture to my home & showed up without parts for the ottoman i purchased or power tools to use to screw in the feet to the sofa, chairs or ottoman (asked me if i had one he could use ;(. ). They left the ottoman unassembled & said they would come back another day with screws to finish. Ive called 3 times & sent two emails. A salesman by the name of michael kept saying he would call back but never did. Worst Furniture Store Around. My wife and I purchased a leather sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman from this company along with an extended warranty. Furniture started coming apart in a few months. Had it fixed then it started coming apart again. The seams where the leather connects to the bottom of the sofa were coming undone. Contacted the store again and was told our warranty didnt cover it. Be weary of purchasing anything here. I purchased the Venice Sofa, Love Seat and Ottoman and spent about $2000 for it. I love the set but am having warranty issues with it. I have a cushion that was not sewn properly and has a hole on each side of the cording that goes all the way around it and also have several areas where the fabric was not sewn tight and it is wrinkled on the arm and sides. Furniture Row will not stand by their mattress guarantee! We purchased a full-sized mattress for our teenage daughter and had it for one year. The mattress was crap! It had a deep body dent from my daughter and when we took it back to FR they would not stand by their warranty. The warehouse manager yelled at my husband and accused my children of jumping on the bed and wearing down the box spring. I have never been so insulted in my life. Good service and no dishonesty. We bought a Denver Madison mattress about 15 years ago and were very satisfied.
