Was driving by on Saturday traveling from furniture store to furniture store, and came across Furniture Outlet. We were pleasantly surprised to find a huge showroom with everything that we needed for our new home. After being greeted by our salesperson, he helped us pick out a bedroom and living room set that we saw at another furniture store for nearly twice as much!!! DEFECTS!! DEFECTS!DEFECTS! So We went to many Furniture stores to purchase a dining set and this store had good selection and honestly their price was the best, but the service was really bad which I didn't mind, it's not a restaurant I don't want somebody to give me service and giving me space actually helped me make a decision (but it's worth mentioning they hardly even answer your question and they close earlier than their time, twice I came and they were closed earlier than their closing time) but I didn't mind any of th... read more

Products may be fair value for the money but the service is atrocious! The whole time I was in the store, I felt like I was not welcome. Thanks to one of the guys who occasionally extended help, I spent at least 20 mins in the store.
