I'm sorry for your experience! We do not have a "Dan" in our company, but our General Manager is Gina George. Catnapper has several warranties and one is limited lifetime on the frame. All fabric, bonded leather, or even real leather only have a 1 year warranty. I will have Gina call and discuss your issue to see if there's anything we can do to help.
