I made an online order. I received an email stating that they were sold out of two of the pieces that I ordered. I attempted to order another set via email correspondence. I haven't heard anything back. I've called numerous times and I can't reach a representative. all of the voicemails are full on all of the extensions. I spent $1325 and haven't heard a word back from Furniture Mecca. I'm pissed. I would like my furniture or my money back asap.
the one in Allentown has very poor customer service. I wasn't offered any help. all your employees where in their phones. and they charge more for your product.
I purchase a living room set it came damaged I show them the pictures they same day and the delivery driver also made notes for them that it was damaged they recognized it was damaged and was gonna send me a replacement and never did I also I purchased the protection plan and never received and email or any documents about it but just some pamphlet this is not fair and I will not spend another dime here and not to mention I waited two weeks and I paid cash just to receive something damaged not cool

Worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. I made a down payment 3 weeks ago and was scheduled for today Tuesday, June 16th 2020 and now this company knows nothing about my delivery, first tells me my furniture was delivered then tells me they dont know anything about anyone calling me to schedule a delivery! I purchased a living room set april 28 2020 from them it was supposed to be brand new but it wasnt it have paint stains on it they didn't give me the screw for the legs and I talk to someone the same day I received it and sent pictures and been getting the run around since

Does anyone know how to get intouch with customer service/ leasing department? Because of the pandemic I expected things to be unorganized but it's going on 2 months and I don't want to pay a late fee, especially since I trying to reach them.
I’ve been trying to contact somebody to cancel an order & it is impossible to get a hold of anybody. There is not even a option on my account to cancel the order through the site!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Don’t recommend. Now I’m going to have to wait u til the order gets to my house to return it AND IT DOESN’T EVEN TELL ME AN ESTIMATED TIME!
