If I could give give this business negative 5 stars I would. THIS BUSINESS HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. I went in to the Venango Street location in Philadelphia to purchase some mattresses and box springs for my new place. I have contact furniture Mecca for about a month concerning the item that I purchase. I want them to refund my money and come and get their broke furniture.
The delivery guy sucked. They stated my 2 piece sectional couldn’t fit in my door. My prior sectional was a single piece with the L-shaped fit in and out the same door.
