If I could give give this business negative 5 stars I would. THIS BUSINESS HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. I went in to the Venango Street location in Philadelphia to purchase some mattresses and box springs for my new place. I have contact furniture Mecca for about a month concerning the item that I purchase. I want them to refund my money and come and get their broke furniture.
The delivery guy sucked. They stated my 2 piece sectional couldn’t fit in my door. My prior sectional was a single piece with the L-shaped fit in and out the same door.
RecommendedWe are very happy with our purchase of jhula swing from furniture mecca. We live in Virginia and they came all the way from Philadelphia to deliver our furniture to us upon request. We would recommend them.

The Allentown Mecca Branch is the one! First, this is a family business which means they will accommodate you as much as possible. It means they will be able to relate to your family needs in selecting a good furniture for your home. I bought a beautiful glass painting for 200 dollars. Everyone was nice and friendly but when I went to pick it up they didn’t have the original box anymore. So they wrapped it with clear tape and cardboard. Needless to say the painting was ruined. Shattered before I could even get it into the house because without support it caved in and the cardboard did little to help. I tried calling to resolve it and was told I should email. If I can give less than 1 star, I would. There isn’t enough bad things to say about this place and the people that work there. Please save your time and money and NEVER step through the door of this AWFUL place. They will steal your money, deliver old damaged products and then not return any calls.
