bought furniture from this company on 02/01/2024 and it took over 4 weeks for them to let us know that our bedroom set was not completed to be delivery, then after some time they told us that the missing parts were not going to be available anymore so that we had to pick a different set that was available and so we did, once we did that they told us that it would take another 2 to 3 weeks for us to received the new set, to this day we have not received any information about it and the manager from the store wont even return ... read more

I am beyond upset with this company. I ordered a sectional on 12/02/2023. It is now 03/14/2024 and I still have not received my couches. I was initially told my couches would take five to six weeks it has now been 3 and 1/2 months. I was supposed to receive them the latest the end of January and they did not come. Yes they were a custom sectional which later they told me would take longer and they stated February. February came and a manager told me it would be for sure by the end of February.
