Lots of selection Furniture Fair is a good run-of-the mill furniture store. Sure, their commercials are slightly annoying, but they carry quality furniture at affordable prices. We bought one set of sofas from Furniture Fair, and although it took a while for them to come in, the price was reasonable and we are pleased with the product. Sometimes the sales people do get annoying with trying to upsell, but they at least don't follow you around like lost puppy dogs.
Problems, but cooperative in solving them We purchased a Berkline sofa/loveseat from them in April 2010. It was very defective and disappointing. The sent a guy named Sam out to fix it but it was a waste of time and he left with it still defective. They were good though about it and said they'd send me out a brand new one. But when it came it was the wrong thing. Finally we asked for a refund as the leg rests on both pieces kept popping out by themselves and was actually dangerous. They were willing to refund our $, which I ... read more
Disappointed Sales rep was nice, but was not motivated to resolve the multiple problems we encountered. 1) wrong product delivered. Then was told 3-4 weeks before the correct bed was in stock. 2) when they "found" the bed we ordered it was damaged upon delivery. 3) the store did not return phone calls timely or really at all 4) their response was very blas as if not their problem. I'm so disappoint every other time we have ordered from them it has been a great experience.
Totally Satisfied I have read the reviews and must say that I have totally been satisfied with everything I have ever purchased from Furniture Fair. Not only do they truly care about our community; but they care about the customer. I have been treated with the utmost respect every time I have entered their stores.

~100% satisfied~will be back a 4th time once again, Funiture Fair has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty with not only their friendly and helpful staff but to everyone involved, (including the guys on the dock area)..... we are in the process of moving to a new home and have purchased furniture from Furniture Fair and another nearby competitive furniture store..... i must say that Furniture Fair is SO much easier to deal with in 95% of aspects involved. UNSATISFIED We too are VERY UNSATISFIED with Furniture Fair. We have purchased every piece of furniture from them since 1996 and there service has been horrible in the last 3 years! Do not buy the Furniture Fair JUNK! They will not hold to their warranty and will not return calls!
Poor Service at Furniture Fair We have always been extremely loyal customers of Furniture Fair. Nearly every piece in our home has been purchased from the Fairfield location (at least 25K dollars). Now, we will never buy from them again. Our most recent purchase in January has left us stunned. This morning we finally received the last piece (a dresser) that was supposed to be delivered the second week in February.
