Fantastic! We have purchased quite a few pieces from Furniture Fair. A beautiful leather living room suite, a wing back chair and a mattress/boxsprings. I love this store! The showroom is beautiful, helpful sales people, great product at even better prices! What more could you ask for!
you still have to deal with the sales people and their gimmicks As far as furniture stores go Furniture Fair isn't that bad. They have a good selection of various types of furniture and such. The store is clean and organized and almost never too busy. The salespeople still follow you around and try to get you to put stain resistant treatments on all of your furniture, but they are not nearly as annoying as in other furniture stores. They often run good promotions so you can get furniture at a reasonable price.
beautiful when i was looking for a new living room suite i stopped in looking around, the showroom is set up where it invites you. it was easy to imagine the couch and love seat in your own house
~100% satisfied~will be back a 4th time once again, Funiture Fair has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty with not only their friendly and helpful staff but to everyone involved, (including the guys on the dock area)..... we are in the process of moving to a new home and have purchased furniture from Furniture Fair and another nearby competitive furniture store..... i must say that Furniture Fair is SO much easier to deal with in 95% of aspects involved. Poor Service at Furniture Fair We have always been extremely loyal customers of Furniture Fair. Nearly every piece in our home has been purchased from the Fairfield location (at least 25K dollars). Now, we will never buy from them again. Our most recent purchase in January has left us stunned. This morning we finally received the last piece (a dresser) that was supposed to be delivered the second week in February. UNSATISFIED We too are VERY UNSATISFIED with Furniture Fair. We have purchased every piece of furniture from them since 1996 and there service has been horrible in the last 3 years! Do not buy the Furniture Fair JUNK! They will not hold to their warranty and will not return calls!
Furniture Fair Mattress Scam After purchasing a king size mattress from Furniture Fair less than three years ago the mattress has sagged on either side creating large divots. We have contacted them and they say the mattress was purchased as is. When the bed was purchased, it included the box springs as well. The company delivered the incorrect box springs two times and consequently returned the third time with inexpensive low profile twin box springs that where not the original product from Serta. Superb... My husband and I have bought numerous furnishings from Furniture Fair (including a mattress and boxsprings) and have yet to be annoyed by sales people, disappointed in the products purchased or robbed blind by the prices. Thank you Furniture Fair! I am a customer for life!
