The pricing at Mattress Miles cannot be beat. Chessa was great to work with! She was knowledge and helpful. The delivery staff did a awesome job! They were polite and respectful. We’d definitely purchase from them again!
Best customer service I have ever had!!! We bought a couch and recliner that we loved the look of but it wasn’t the best to sit on! We went back in to look for a new couch not expecting anything for our previously purchased furniture, to our surprise they were willing to work something out with us so we were happy!
We went in wanting a sectional sofa, area rug and king bed. We found great service, advice and help from both Miles and Jason. We are highly recommending going there for your purchases! We can't wait to get our new home set up with beautiful furniture.
Just wanted to say thank you to the Owner! We stumbled upon this wonderful store through Facebook and decided to take a look while shopping for a new couch. We were treated like family and absolutely love our new sectional. It couldn’t be more perfect! Thank for for your time, kindness and sharing your knowledge with us! Great quality, great selection, knowledgeable, overall great experience, other than part of the set we bought wasn't in stock and it's our responsibility to go back and pick it up once it arrives to the store, hopefully it will fit in my SUV otherwise I will have to pay for delivery. UPDATE: Best customer service, they called me and are delivering it today for no cost. I highly recommend this great business!

I don't normally review places or services but...I have to say Furniture by Mattress Miles is amazing. I have ordered from them twice, this most recent experience I had them deliver. Noticed the ottoman was the wrong color, the delivery guys offered for me to keep it until the right color came in. I declined, so they took it back to the store. Received a call within 20 minutes telling me the right color was ordered and they are sending me a sheet set for the mattress I ordered. They are amazing in customer service and price.... read more
