I had a disastrous ordeal with a big box furniture store for 18 months, but found Mattress Miles online, called ordered, set deliver, and it all went off PERFECT! We purchased a dresser from here recently and customer service has been exceptional! The day before everything non essential was to close they called to offer the floor model so we didn’t have to wait on a dresser. Once we got the dresser home it had a few chips in one of the drawers, after contacting them they shipped us a new drawer and even followed up to make sure we received it! We will definitely be back for more pieces. From start to finish we’ve had a great first experience!
What better way to spend the quarantine than on a new couch! Got a great deal and they did all the shopping for me so I didn't have to leave the house! Thank you thank you!
