RATS, MICE AND COCKROACHES! I recently stayed at one of their "BROWN" STONE at 221 West 16th Street in The New York City. The property is owned by Gary Brown, President/ CEO of FURNISHED "PEST INFESTATION" QUARTERS! To my dismay, I discovered that the entire building both inside and outside, is infested with mice and roaches and Rats respectfully. I rented from Furnished Quarters a couple of weeks ago. I found the apartment in a state of disarray! I guess the previous tenant the had been staying in the unit, had just moved out an hour earlier and the maid from Furnished Quarters had yet not come to the premise to tidy up the place. When I called their CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE, I was told to "hold your horses, we can't send someone over to you right away, it's going to take at least 5 hours.". I thought like, THIS IS BULLSHIT. Gary Brown is the owner / CEO of Furnished Quarters. Lately, there has been upward trend in demand for corporate rentals. So GARY BROWN in no fear of retribution, takes advantage of vulnerable clients. He's known for NOT wanting to refund money when there's been major issues with the apartments. BEWARE OF FURNISHED QUARTERS and GARY BROWN! When you rent from them, you're literally rolling the dice! I've heard quite a few stories from coworkers and previous Furnished Quarters clients. Gary, enough with the bullshit!
