A True Blessing During a Difficult Staying at Van and Helen’s furnished home was an absolute blessing for our family. Being so close to the medical center made navigating appointments incredibly easy and stress-free. The house itself was fully stocked, beautifully furnished, and felt like a true home away from home. Amazing
Great to find a place near the hospitals furnished, fenced in and a low traffic area. Had to make Houston our home for six plus weeks and was relieved to find something that could accommodate our family. Neighborhood felt safe, the foot traffic on the street was people walking their dogs. Rental was clean had all the necessities. Hosts were pleasant.
Terrible communication. After receiving one email and replying, I sent a follow-up and never heard back. I eventually had to call just to get an answer. The lack of responsiveness felt dismissive and insensitive, especially given that my family is dealing with serious medical issues.
