Check in was a problem but the room was OK
The apt was very spacious and had most of the amenities like washing machine, kitchen, etc Convenient to Union Station and had a great view

This was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had with booking a lodging thru Expedia. I booked my room 6 weeks prior to my date of arrival. I confirmed the reservation on 3 separate occasions. Less than 5 days before my arrival, a NAPA representative calls to inform me that 'Expedia' double-booked' the rooms, and that I no longer had a room.
