Used this company for all closets in my condo including laundry. Very reliable and fealy priced. They pay attention to details and do an excellent great job. I interviewed 5 companies and happy 😊 that i choose Furniart for my project.
I wanted to love this company and use them for future products but the process was terrible. I went over what I wanted but got something completely different in the initial design. Although the quality is very good, they don't understand design... a shelf of shoes should always be big enough to hold pairs, not 3 pairs and 1 shoe. My changes that I paid for where made with 4 pairs on a shelf but they didn't come out that way because of filler...but there was plenty of room to make the shoe section bigger and the double hung s... read more
Furni Art is not professional. I wish I had read these reviews before working with them. He does not show up for meetings. Does not communicate if late or cancelling and goes weeks without responding leaving you stuck after payment. His professional and personal behavior made me very uncomfortable in my home. I’ll stop with that. I was happy to finish the work and be done only to have many issues in less than 1 year the work from finishes, cracks peeling paint and things breaking. The quality is poor. GERMAN does not know how to show up for his meetings or at least cancel if he couldn't make it. "Common Courtesy" in all aspects of life. Why have someone drive all the way to the location to not show up, Unreal!
