We are the premiere sausage maker in Redding. I make 16 different kinds of sausage. All ingredients and seasonings added are individual and not out of a package with a bunch of fillers and names you can't pronounce.We use fresh basil, parsley, garlic, Romano, Asiago and Parisian, onions and many other fresh ingredients.
