In early 2023 I ordered a heat pump system from Travis and Ben specifying that it had to qualify for the rebate program from Enbridge. Turns out they installed the wrong coil, it did NOT qualify for the rebate program and in fact it says right on the coil NOT FOR HEAT PUMP USE. These guys said they would replace the coil with the right one and that it would qualify for the rebate no problem..... I hired Furnace Pros in June to install AC units on the second floor of our house. Samsung wind free mini split units. The price quoted was $7300, with 25% on approval and 50% when work begins. The remainder when job is finished. Travis and his helper came and over the course of two weeks installed the units on the second floor.(starting week of June 22) All seemed fine and the units work well to date.
