Great experience! Was able to have estimates quickly, every person that worked on installing AC (from estimator to technician) knew exactly what they were talking about and were able to install everything up to code and fix things my original home inspector missed.

We’ve had an amazing experience with this company and we haven’t even paid them for anything yet. They have been so helpful over the phone with diagnostic services — thank you (I think?) Rico! They advised us what to do in a pinch over the phone. We have gotten a few quotes from companies for a new furnace which we should need soon and know that this is the best option.
Just had Chris Brown out to do a free one-year maintenance call/check up on my new furnaces. I needed to have him delay arrival somewhat so I could finish a meeting and he was so understanding and accommodating. I refer Furnace Family non-stop for feeling confident that the advice I am given is sound and I am not being coerced into purchases or maintenance that are unnecessary. 8 years of only positive things to say.
