I had them replace my ancient water heater with a new one, as well as turn it so I could access the pilot mechanism better. They were on time, considerate, thorough, and didn't leave a mess behind. Turning the heater didn't cost any extra either. They walked me through how to light the pilot, how to turn the water off to the tank, and what the warranty covered, which was nice. I'll likely have them sevice my furnace when the time comes, since they did such a good job with the heater.
Highly recommend! We have repeatedly reached out to Furnace Family over the last year for furnace, HVAC, water heater, water softener, garage heater, and general plumbing. The technicians are always professional, deliver good results, and stand behind their work if any issues arise.
I had an excellent experience dealing with Furnace Family getting a new hot water heater installed at my home. The new hot water heater was partially covered under warranty and it was installed the day after I contacted Furnace Famiy. I highly recommend the Furnance Family company.
I agree with previous negative review by Maria Ceja how horrible furnace family is. Once Furnace Family has your money they don’t care afterwards. They sold us a heat pump costing us over $10,000.00. It ended up being incompatible with the wiring in our brand new townhome, so they had to rewire with a different wire configuration. As a result, they cut 4 holes in our brand new ceiling without our permission. They will say they spoke to us but that is simply not true.
