Our experience was good. Tech failed to properly introduce himself at the door and ask if it was OK to park where he did. These comments go a long way to produce an exceptional moment of truth. Brayden specifically outlined the scope of work as we did our walk around the home and he executed his tasks to perfection. Glad to have used your service as it added value to our heating, air conditioning and dryer vent.

We were very satisfied. Braedon was polite and very thorough. He explained in advance what the process would include and kept us advised throughout the servicing process of concerns, suggestions, etc. The workplace was left clean and tidy. We would certainly book Dun-Rite Vac in the future and recommend their company to others.

Braedyn did such an amazing job! He was thorough and fast, and took the time to explain each step. He showed before and after photos, and explained each phase of the process thoroughly so that we understood. The price was fair and we were booked in VERY quickly, while working around our busy schedule. I would recommend Dun Rite to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.
