Nice guy and a professional visit, but the tech wanted to replace our furnace because a fan went bad. Claimed the part was not available, the exact motor was findable on Amazon in minutes, the part is also locally available today at a nearby appliance store and we are installing it this afternoon. This company might want to expand their sourcing of parts, or it might be a strategy to sell new furnaces? It's very strange that homeowners can easily get furnace repair parts a company called the furnace doctor cannot obtain.
