I've gotten amazing service to help my old furnace along. He has made a few late-night visits to ensure that I have heat for the night. He figured out the issue with my inducer motor and rigged it to work temporarily until he could order the part. Later my control board failed, and he happened to have a spare that kept me going until he got a new board ordered. Expert at diagnosis and efficient and affordable repair.
Excellent!! I had the best experience with Jordan. Professional, knowledgeable, very helpful - and he gave me a lot of great tips about my heat pump. I will absolutely contact them for any furnace or heat pump issues I might have.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Our furnace went out on the coldest night this winter, and we called Furnace Aid for help. Jordon added us to the end of his very busy day and came out at 9:30pm to perform a thorough diagnosis. He fixed our furnace at a very reasonable price. What impressed me even more was that we were not his last stop that night - he had one more client to visit. Jordon was hardworking, very knowledgeable, and offered a very fair price. I highly recommend this local family business.
I cannot recommend Jordan and this company enough. He is very knowledgeable, clear with his diagnosis and communication of the solutions. He got back to us within 24 hours and we had the issue repaired the same day! Jordan and furnace air know what they’re doing. Give them a call for furnace repairs.
