I am the maintenance director for a nursing home and for the past 10 years have use Furlong's Sheetmetal for all of our hvac needs, they have always treated us fair , did not try to price gouge us, they go above and beyond to provide excellent service!!!
My natural gas furnace went out as could be expected, at the worst possible time (temperatures in the teens). Marty was out within 45 minutes of me calling and got my heat back on within an hour. I highly recommend this business and I know who to call in the future if I have a need!
Expect to pay $80 + per hour for them to not completely fix your system. I wouldn't be complaining if it was something so simple that could have been done but wasn't. Customer....lost.
