I have gone to Mr Furlong for years and will continue to do so as long as he’s in business. He’s fair and gives you the straight talk when it comes to what your bike needs. He only charges for the work he does and not by some industry standard of how long it should take.

I have a somewhat older specialty bike, but he still worked on it for me, he’s honest and even showed me specific tools and measurements that I needed if I want to do the work myself. he just tells it how it is and you don’t expect anything less or anything more just a straightforward mechanic. 10/10
