I specifically mentioned I want to see an Ophtalmologist when I scheduled the appointment and I specifically mentioned I want the appt with Dr Kim however I ended up seeing optometrist which I could have done at any other place and never bothered to schedule the appt one month ago. Unprofessional at all
The most thorough examination I’ve ever had and done very professionally by the staff and the doctors. The doctors explained what to expect so that it was easy to understand.
The whole process was very streamline and professional. On lasik day, Dr. Furlong walked me through the procure as he performed the lasik surgery. The recovery was easy and painless. Highly recommend!
The staff are very professional and whole office is very welcoming. I am lucky to be assigned to Julia for a consultation. Julia is amazing. She shared latest technology and educate me on the process. I was a little hesitant about PRK when I was shared that I was not qualified for Lasik and PRK was good me. Dr. Furlong is super. From my first consultation to the follow-ups after my procedure. He was friendly, attentive, and kind. The procedure went fine in both eyes. I have 20/30 vision for distance; I will use cheaters for reading. I would recommend Dr. Michael Furlong for your vision correction procedure.
