Very professional, helpful, warm, attentive. They walked me through the whole process pre-surgery. Let me know what was going to happen next and what I needed to do in the recovery process. Dr. Furlong and Dr. Shin and all of the technicians were cordial and very helpful. The process was pretty seamless.
