Broken promises are the norm. They destroyed our lawn putting in the house and utilities. Pat looked my wife in the eyes and promised to make it right, we even have a signed letter promising to do it in the Spring. More than a year of broken promises later, our lawn is still nonexistent as is any respect we will ever have for Pat and his business again.
We had such a great experience with Furdi's! My husband and I had several setbacks with our building permit and trying to put a home on the property where we were currently living. Furdi's was great. They worked with us and were able to get us in our house as quickly as our situation would allow. Getting to pick out all of the details made our house truly feel like home as soon as we stepped in.
Furdi's are best in this business BAR NONE!! My wife and I had so many delays with our loan and last minute changes but Furdi's worked with us in a prompt professional manner EVERYTIME! Same day return phone calls and always available to fit our schedule for meetings. You get what you pay for and every dime we spent on our new house was money well spent! I recommend to everyone if you want to build or purchase an existing home go through Furdi's!
We recently purchased a modular home from Furdi's and could not be more pleased with it! Pat listened to exactly what we were looking for and found the perfect model. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and prompt. Customer service is definitely a priority with this company!
