As a former SPI vacation renter I found Furcron to be the best. Now that I am an owner (2.5 years/1,600 mikes away) I am happy to have them manage my condo. I have total peace of mind knowing they are looking out for both me and the renters. It seems as if a lot of negative reviews have to do with the HOA which Furcron cannot control- like fines and pool cleanliness. I highly recommend Furcron.
We are winter Texans who have been staying at Ocean Vista Towers for 4 years. The onsite manager, Jeanette is always friendly and helpful and responds quickly to residents' needs. The maintenance guys, Emelio and Gama are simply the best. Superb job keeping the grounds and building beautiful, and always friendly and happy to help out residents.
