Paul Gifford helped us in our research for investmemt property. He took time to answer our questions and is knowledgeable about the island. The competition never answered my emails.
We had a very bad experience with this company. Our association hired this company to manage our subdivision. Over the two years the condition of our subdivision got worse and worse. The contractors they hired for us were supper expensive and services provided were extremely poor. It is hard to understand how such kind of company can sustain. As a former SPI vacation renter I found Furcron to be the best. Now that I am an owner (2.5 years/1,600 mikes away) I am happy to have them manage my condo. I have total peace of mind knowing they are looking out for both me and the renters. It seems as if a lot of negative reviews have to do with the HOA which Furcron cannot control- like fines and pool cleanliness. I highly recommend Furcron.
We are winter Texans who have been staying at Ocean Vista Towers for 4 years. The onsite manager, Jeanette is always friendly and helpful and responds quickly to residents' needs. The maintenance guys, Emelio and Gama are simply the best. Superb job keeping the grounds and building beautiful, and always friendly and happy to help out residents.
