I've been coming here for like 10 years. The service has gotten so poor lately. The last 2 appointments have been awful, cuts and 30 minute wait times with an appointment. New guy there is way too pushy. Really not sure I want to continue to try coming here.
I've been to this place at least a handful of times prior. Typically a satisfactory, quick, good price experience. But I went today for a basic mani/pedi and got two pretty severe cuticle cuts during my manicure. One was still bleeding/clotting even as I was leaving. The tech did apologize and I could tell they felt bad but they did not offer any type of discount.
