My daughter has been here several times, most recently to have her nose pierced. Anytime she has questions or concerns she stops by and any questions or concerns are answered. One of the girls on her high school team had to take her piercing out for a game and my daughter suggested she drop in and they could help her, she had it pierced the day before, and they staff was extremely helpful. Would never consider any where else for my daughter.
I love Fura!!! I have had 3 tattoos done there and before each one, I met with the artist first so we were on the same page. They looked at photos and sketches I brought in, each artist listened to my questions and then we discussed everything until I felt completely comfortable with what was going to be permanently on my body. As a Health and Safety Engineer, I am extremely concerned with the sterile and cleanly environment of the tattoo shop where I will be frequenting. Bad customer service ...they did a horrible job at a cover up ..and they have a unhappy customer ..I call that bad bussiness you guys screwed up and refuse to make it right ...I would never recommend anyone to come to this place.
