All I can say is I'm disappointed.. My cat Mellow, my baby, of the past 14 years was recently diagnosed with a pyometra at another vet. I brought her here and they proceeded to tell me that she in fact did not have a pyometra, but her uterus was swollen and leaking fluid, a hysterectomy was recommended. She was spayed along with a healthy blood panel on May 26. I was told any follow up care, up to 14 days after surgery, could be handled there and it'd be coverd free of charge. Great service
They're the cheapest option for vaccines, which is great, but when I brought my cat in for a check up, she had a sore on her belly from overgrooming. I was told to put hydrocortisone on it, so I did, but she kept licking it off. The sore spread and looked infected, so I called to have her seen. They said they were booked until July, so I could put a cone on her, use a calming spray, and either have family or friends who are vets or bring her to Lovet. Great help. Best on N/E side of Grand Rapids! They haven't been taken over by big corporations that milk you for every cent that you're able (or in most cases) not able to pay. They prey on people's love of their pets. 🤬 Fur Wellness is the best kept secret in town. I compared prices (down to each individual shot)that my new puppy needed, as well as his spay.
