Dogs have always been in the lives of owners Carla Cooper and Kelly Popelka, so they couldn't pass up the opportunity to work together to create a stress-free facility for dog care. Both Carla and Kelly created FTLOD in 2008 and in 2014 Carla continues operations with her husband Brad Cooper.
