We provide dog and cat daycare and boarding along with baths and nail trims. We have 11 indoor/outdoor play yards for dogs to hang out with their friends during the day and private suites for our boarding dogs at night and for meals. I took my dog to socialize her in doggie daycare. The staff was very informative and worked with her timid temperament. She even made friends with another dog that usually doesn't play much. I will be taking my dog on a weekly basis and using them for boarding when we can't take our furchild out of town with us.
These people don't know or care about people's dogs or the instructions given to them to care for special breeds. You killed that Bulldog and you need to own up to it.
I've never left my dog with Fur Night and Day, but my friend did. Besides the bulldog being left outside in the Oklahoma heat until it died of heat exhaustion, management has failed to take responsibility. It's extremely unfortunate that a kennel wouldn't know to keep a short-nosed dog in air conditioning. I hope the kennel educates its staff and reconsiders policies regarding keeping certain breeds outdoors before another pup loses its life.
They killed my friends bulldog by leaving it in the heat! She left her 4-5 year old English Bulldog with them, and her dog died in their care! They left him outside, in 90 degree heat, for many hours, and Bulldogs cannot be subjected to high heat environments! Any canine professional knows this!! Now they are saying the dog was in bad health, which he was not, he was in perfect health! Do not take your animal to them!
Awful experience my healthy 4yr old I REPEAT 4YR OLD english bulldog was in ur care for only 6 hrs befor getting a call 6 hrs into our first vacation n 3YRS to tell me my dog was dead!!!!!..... He was at vet on 8/22 received clean bill of health. Left him at this facility on 8/27 @930 am owner of this facility called at 330 pm to tell me he was dead an what do u want us to do with this body!! My husband an I met with owner today. Just picked up my two boys, Dallas and Maverick, from Fur Night and Day and I will say I am happy with this facility and the care for my pups! They stayed 2 nights. I called I think twice to ask questions and check up on dogs and the staff was so nice and willing to help! I received a postcard with multiple pics of my boys playing throughout their stay and I love it! I will use Fur Night and Day again in the future.
