We had brought our dog here since she was a puppy,(4years)and we called to book a grooming and was told they were booked until at least June,when calling back to confirm a date we were told she wasn't booking anything and to find another groomer, why could she just tell us that to begin with? She lost a faithful customer and I'm sure she will lose many more with this kind of treatment of customers !
We get our dogs groomed here and also had them boarded this summer while we were out of the country. Awesome!
They have always done a great job grooming my Cock-a-Poo. He has a few areas that need special attention and they make notes in his chart and adhere to them. The staff is very nice! Definitely recommend this place!
