Not happy. This is my third time using this groomer. Usually my baby comes back looking dreamy but today Amber groomed her and sent her home looking like a completely different dog. When I spoke to Amber she said some of her fur was beginning to May and asked if she could cut her low while reassuring me that it wouldn’t be low to the skin. I agreed but requested that she kept her face long and rounded. When I picked her up I was extremely disappointed. Amber was great!!! She answered all my questions and even asked questions about my dog. She made me and my girl feel comfortable. My dog seemed so comfortable with her and it made me feel good leaving her there. Thank you so much
I took our 2 dogs here on Thursday for the very first time, on a recommendation from one of my neighbors. We could not be more pleased! Brittany did a phenomenal job. You can immediately feel how much this place cares about animals.
