Their site where you buy your products uses poor business practices of getting you to set up auto ship at one price but charge you a different price saying he product cost went up and then advise that you cannot return it. Yes, I guess I should have read every word on their site to be sure I understood that they rip people off and then don't let you return but I thought they were a legitimate business using legitimate business practices but that's not the case. A few weeks ago our old retriever mix died very early Sunday morning. Our regular vet was closed, I called and left a message at Fur and Feather. They called me right back, were very compassionate, and we were able to take him there so they could take care of him. We wanted to bury him at home, but the rock makes it impossible. Very humane dealing with bawling owners.
great customer service. Dr and vet assistants are so friendly and professional. explained everything to me in terms I could understand.
We take all of our dogs here. Love the staff and the veterinarian. She was so kind and understanding when we had to put our Shasta baby down. The whole staff made a very sad situation more bearable for us. Highly recommend them!
I am so thankful you are open late so I did not have to make the drive into San Antonio to see an ER Vet for a puncture wound. While the wait was fairly long, I know it was an incredibly busy day, it was well worth it! I did not feel rushed at all, all of my questions were answered and my concerns eased. I take my two dogs here and the vet and staff are fantastic and always go the extra mile to make my dogs feel comfortable!
Took our 2 very unhappy cats (with a tag along for chip check) to get shots today. Staff and doctor were very friendly and accommodating! Let’s face it, cats are hard but they did a great job ❤️. I appreciate their hours and how easy it is to be seen!
My Dempsey ripped his side wide open. I was in a complete panic but luckily found Fur & Feather. Wow what an amazing blessing that they have later hours. 9 stitches later and Demps is home & comfortable. Thank God for Fur & Feather. Youll are amazing and I am beyond grateful.
