I strongly encourage parents to avoid this trampoline park. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money or risk your children’s safety. The facility was extremely dirty and unsanitary, and it did not appear to be well maintained. The staff was unprofessional, inattentive, and showed little concern for providing a safe, welcoming environment for families. The girl in the front yesterday with a lousy attitude was disrespectful and gave me an attitude at the counter for no reason because she looks stressed and looks like she didn’t wanna be there. Don’t come here if you wanna deal with unprofessionalism because she clearly doesn’t know how to do her job, right it was around 6 o’clock. I had came at night.
We love Fun Z! It's a great fun place.
Three unprofessional workers i do not recommend coming here .. never again😭
