Great experience with them. House is beautiful and they did everything they had to without a single complaint for the inspection. Family owner and run and genuinely a family oriented business. Just don't bring them your drama and they'll treat you like gold!
The two stars are only related to the plumber because he was amazing. Otherwise, it's been a nightmare to be a funtulis tenant. They only operate their normal business hours, which is awesome when you have an emergency. Screenshot all submissions and emails as the office will blame literally everything on the spam folder. Was hard to get the boiler man out here because his bill from a couple of months ago mysteriously went to the spam folder. The gave been sweary, angry people to both us and our property owner. If you rent from these people , they will steal your rent money and then try too kick you out of a home you have been in for years , saying your months behind on rent even though you have proof you have paid rent. Attorneys will be contacted. Very unprofessional theifs
