Should not charge a deposit if they never work on equipment. Paddle boats won't steer, one had the pedals pop out constantly.
Pontoon was in terrible shape(see pics). Returned it after 15 mins when half the boat was under water from the nose diving down into the lake. It was a scary situation for us and we would not recommend this company until they replace this boat. Unsafe vessel that should never be in service. They did not have another boat available so we left and went to traverse city to rent a much better and safer boat.
