I scheduled an appointment for 12:00 yesterday and arrived on time, only to be told we’d have to wait an unspecified amount of time. When I asked if it might be around 15–30 minutes, the staff member replied with attitude that she couldn’t give a wait time. I explained that I have a special needs child with autism and that I specifically schedule appointments to minimize waiting. Updated: My husband spoke with the manager to discuss the situation. The manager was understanding of the situation and worked with him to find a solution. Unfortunately, at this time, there was nothing to do but allow the hair to grow back. Please be straightforward and communicate with the stylist before they begin service, and ensure they understand your request; otherwise, you may have an unfavorable situation.
El lugar se ve bien , pero la decepción que me llevé fue grande , la chica que estaba trabajando ahí no sabía en lo absoluto lo que estaba haciendo , sin mencionar que lastimo a mi hijo , no tiene profesionalismo y sentí mucho impotencia de ver a mi bebé de 1 año así de lastimado , lo lleven a sus bebés a este lugar porque no tienen gente capacitada
