I brought my child in for a haircut and clearly asked for medium-length bangs with a simple trim. The bangs were cut much shorter than discussed. I understand mistakes can happen, but I was surprised to be charged full price when the result didn’t match what we agreed on. I also tipped at the time, which made it more disappointing afterward. I asked the hairstylist to cut my daughter's hair with a nice gradual transition. She just cut it with a straight line. The place is nice and the mini manicure, quick hair braid, balloon and lollipop were part of the experience. It doesn't change the fact that the primary reason why we came here was to get a good haircut and that was a disappointment.
No need to make an appointment they can’t keep it. 1 person works and the other just sits there while we wait for 30 mins past our appointment for the working one to finish up and clean up! There’s better places to go other than here I’d suggest you go somewhere else!
Crystal is ALWAYS so good with our Grandkids. She talks to them, ask questions and truly engages with them, all the while doing a great job on their hair. Highly recommend.
