Good luck getting anyone to respond to your emails asking questions or if you are looking to book appointments, not sure why this is an issue but no one ever replies, and I've messaged two different artists now numerous times.

I stumbled upon the Funky Rooster about 2 months before my 18th birthday while working on a photography project. I was curious about the “tattoo shop and art gallery” sign. When I walked in, I was greeted by a bright, clean, friendly atmosphere and I knew this was the shop I wanted to get my first tattoo from. I heard a saying that went "cheap tattoos aren't good, good tattoos aren't cheap", but unfortunately, the tattoos at Funky Rooster are neither good nor cheap. My tattoo was very overpriced for the quality I received and ultimately did not give me what I wanted. I was charged $400 for a substandard tattoo. It was overall an immensely stressful and disappointing experience. I would highly recommended you go to another tattoo shop.
This was my very first tattoo and from start to finish my experience with Funky Rooster Tattoo was rock solid excellent! The staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Manny is a true artist, patient, and has an amazing eye for detail. I love my tattoo. I will definitely be back for more:)
I’ve known for years the general idea of a tattoo I wanted. Once I finally figured out exactly what I wanted I needed to find the perfect artist. I’ve been following Manny with my jaw to the floor for years. I just got this beautiful piece last night and I couldn’t be happier. It turned out even more beautiful than I had imagined.
