Used them a couple of times for delivery and was pleased, wouldn’t recommend for a pickup though. I was curious where they were located so decided on a pickup, roads were bad so instead of driving out from Edmonton I asked the recipient of flowers to stop in and pick up her arrangement. They dropped the ball, I was embarrassed I had to ask the person I ordered for and find out they inconvenienced her by not having an arrangement ready as promised to me over the phone.
